Many of us may have wondered about how we might react if we were to have a chance to meet Jesus Christ in person today. Maybe we could gain some insight by looking at how people in first century Palestine were changed by their own encounter with Jesus nearly 2000 years ago. Won’t you join us to discover how six encounters with Christ changed some people then and how each of us might be personally changed today? During these 6 weeks of Lent, beginning week of March 4th, we will be able to put ourselves alongside Jesus and discover how He might change us for the better. We hope to have up to 10 small discussion groups of up to 10 people each. Times for each group to meet will be set by the people in each group. Booklets to be provided for all participants. See Ray Holbrook if you have any questions or call (931) 252-1036

Please see the bulletin to complete a form and drop it in the collection basket or turn it in to the office.

RCIA is a process of faith preparation/formation for those who wish to learn more about Catholicism. It is open to all who are interested in learning about the basics of our faith. Although the focus is to prepare persons to be Disciples who are not baptized, or those baptized in another Christian faith who want to become Catholics, or those baptized as Catholic but not raised in the faith, our ultimate goal is to know and love Jesus deeply as His Missionary-Disciples and to bring His name to others through daily life witness and Church fraternal love. Meetings are held on Wednesday evenings, culminating with the Easter Vigil on April 20, 2019. The meetings are at 7:00 p.m. in the lower level of the Church, accessed through the Parish Hall and are expected to last until approximately 8:15 p.m..
If you know someone that might be interested PLEASE INVITE THEM! If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at saintthomasaquinaschurch.com or by calling the Church office.
